Jon works with oil companies and governments to foster and enable business development. An expert on oil company and government issues, he has consulted across the Oil, Gas and Government sectors – facilitating the promotion of investment opportunities by state authorities to industry; moderating executive forums on attracting foreign investment; promoting dialog between governments and oil companies; and project managing licensing rounds. Jon has worked across the US, Latin America, Africa and Europe; beginning with a BSc in Geology from The University of Southampton, and an MA in Business Management from Webster University in Geneva. He then worked in engineering, business analysis, project management and business development roles at Core Laboratories Inc, NL Baroid, Petroconsultants and IHS Energy. Jon speaks English and French fluently.
