He has consulted widely across the Energy and Utilities, Technology, Retail and Government sectors – focusing on everything from evaluating the competition to setting strategic direction and developing winning value propositions, from mentoring executives to coaching management teams, and from facilitating leadership team alignment to mobilisation of the workforce and high performance team creation. He has in-depth experience of not only mergers and acquisitions, but also the crucial post-merger integration phase. Jim has worked across Europe, North and South America, Africa, India and the Far East; beginning with Nuclear Engineering & Submarine training with the US Naval Nuclear Power Program, followed by a Batchelors degree from the University of New Mexico, and by the Advanced Management Program of Northeastern University. He worked in strategic roles at General Atomic Company, Environmental Research & Technology Corp, Stone & Webster Engineering Corp, and Gemini Consulting and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. | |
