This outsourcing company had a strong track record, valuable experience
and a highly motivated sales team. They were in the race for a major
public sector outsource and needed a compelling vision and win themes
to set themselves apart from the pack.
We worked with the company to get under the skin of the end client’s
requirements, and to understand how delivery of this significant and
long term programme would affect members of the public, the private
sector, and both civil and security branches of Government. Vector
helped the company to develop a strong vision of the future and then
designed an unusual way of bringing it to life. We facilitated a series
of intensive workshops to analyse the complex competitive landscape,
and to establish a shared understanding of what was a dynamic environment
in constant flux. We played the lead role in developing buyer and influencer
maps, and in building the differentiated win themes to play to key
stakeholders.
